Made-to-Order and Custom Pieces
For made-to-order, custom, or special-order items, production time may vary depending on the design, size, fabric availability and supplier lead times.
Where relevant, please refer to the product page or contact our boutique before purchase for confirmation of timing.
If your event date is close, we strongly recommend contacting us before ordering.

Urgent Orders
If you need your dress urgently, please contact us before purchase.
While we will always do our best to assist, delivery within a specific timeframe cannot be guaranteed once an order is in transit with the carrier.
