Crystals and pearls are set on a fine metal frame. Put the piece in after hairspray, not before, wipe it with a dry soft cloth, and store it flat and dry.
Everything is checked by hand before it leaves the boutique. If something arrives not as it should be, tell us within 7 days and we will make it right.

You can cancel a hire booking for a full refund up to 7 days before the hire start date. Light wear is expected; damage beyond that, and loss, are charged at replacement cost.

Changed your mind? Return it unworn, with tags and hygiene stickers attached, within 14 days for an exchange or store credit. Faulty or incorrect items are refunded and we cover the return postage. Full returns policy.
